We understand that sometimes what you ordered is just not what you expected.

 A full 100% refund will be provided within 20 days of your purchase, if you change your mind for any reason.  Please contact "CUSTOMERCARE@BLOSSOMBIRCH.COM" for a shipping label. The shipping costs on a return is not refundable. A refund minus shipping costs will be issued upon receipt of the purchase.

If a item is damaged, kindly contact us within 20 days of the purchase and we will gladly replace it at not cost to you.  A new item or refund will be issued upon receipt of the damaged product.

We strive to ship timely.  Items are generally shipped within 2 days of payment clearance.  If an email is provided,  we will notify you of shipping and provide a tracking number for your convenience.
